Inside, flickering firelight beside the double Jacuzzi creates a warm and romantic setting for slowing down together. Fall may be one of the Smokies’ most celebrated seasons—but Emerald Forest was designed to feel special throughout the entire year.

The open studio layout feels intimate, airy, and inviting from the moment you arrive. Every feature was selected to create a memorable experience for couples—not simply to look beautiful in photographs.

The freestanding double Jacuzzi is positioned beside the fireplace, allowing you to settle into warm bubbles while surrounded by the soft glow of the flames. Just beyond, the king floating bed appears to hover above the floor and features a premium Stearns & Foster mattress dressed in hotel-quality linens.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast in your pajamas, share a candlelit dinner, or uncork a bottle of wine without leaving your forest retreat. A Roku Smart TV and DVD player are also provided for cozy movie nights together.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Like many mountain cabins, Emerald Forest is accessed by a gravel mountain road with a steep section. During winter weather, 4WD or snow chains are needed for safe access. Parties & events are not permitted The house is non-smoking The cabin is pet-friendly with prior host approval & a pet fee. We require that pets be crated if left unattended at the cabin during your stay. There is one outside security camera that captures the driveway. Construction in the Smoky Mountains may occasionally be audible. We provide a DVD Player for movies, and a Roku TV.
