Inside, warm wood, rich finishes, and carefully selected lighting create a cozy atmosphere that feels especially inviting on cool fall evenings.

The double jacuzzi sits beside the fireplace for an intimate, spa-like experience. A sliding barn door opens to the marble shower and bathroom area, while gold fixtures and accents continue the cabin’s warm, radiant style.

At the center of the cabin is a comfortable king bed with a premium Stearns & Foster mattress—perfect after a day spent exploring the Great Smoky Mountains.

A Hidden Gem in the Smokies

Golden Forest is the second retreat in our exclusive Hidden Gem Cabin Series, following Emerald Forest, with Jade Forest and Diamond Forest still to come.

Each cabin has its own personality, and Golden Forest was inspired by the warmth of sunlight moving through the trees—the perfect setting for a romantic Smoky Mountain fall getaway.

A First Guest’s Experience

One of our first guests shared:
“What a treat! I spent last night in a brand new cabin nestled on a mountainside. Trees are all around so my sunset was through the spring green forested slope to the west (viewed from the hot tub) and my sunrise poured light through the kitchen windows onto my Keurig coffee, sunlight splashing across the butcher block bar.

The time in between sunset and sunrise was filled with delight. Carefully chosen lighting fixtures gave me choices of darkness or golden shimmers on the logs reaching high above my head. Character beams stretch across this open style cabin where everything is remembered. The thoughtfulness of a carved bear mantle suspended above the gas fireplace, stones contrasting with honey-colored wood, trimmed all around with a rich bear tone, make every direction a pleasure for the eye to behold.

A slight rise sets off the jacuzzi tub with head pillows at both ends. A barn door slides across the marble shower and bathroom area. Fixtures and accents are all in gold.

As this is a newly completed cabin, you may notice that some of the landscaping is still growing into its full beauty. We appreciate your grace as nature catches up to the vision. If anything during your stay feels less than perfect, we would truly value you letting us know. Our earliest guests play an important role in helping us refine every detail to the exceptional standard we strive for.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
