When we arrived, the places was very clean and orderly. The book on the counter was very helpful. We thought it was very rustic and that’s what we were looking for. Can’t wait to come back. The host, she was very nice and very helpful, that’s a win in my book!

Thank you so much for your review, and I am so happy to hear that you loved our place! We can't wait until your return.
If you are visiting Sevierville with plans on the strip, you CANNOT get a better location than this!! It was incredibly close to everything we planned to do. It was even quiet at night which was a surprise. Despite having two creepy crawlers (which is inevitable in TN) it was very clean. The AC worked well, but be aware that one of the bedrooms does not have AC or a fan- so it is a little warmer than the rest of the place. The beds were great, very comfortable. The only mirror in the home is in the bathroom, so be prepared to share that if you are getting ready at the same time. We utilized the hot tub and it was an amazing amenity to have! Highly recommend and would stay again. The price of the place makes sense for the amazing location- but if it were further out I would consider it pricey for the space.

Thank you so much for your review, and we so appreciate your feedback on areas of improvement! We have added two full length mirrors as well as an extra fan to the front bedroom. We are so glad you loved the location and accessibility of our place to the Parkway. We hope to have the privilege of hosting you again in the future!
Great location and cute property
Kendra accommodated us for a last minute booking late one evening. She was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and decided to stay an additional night. Location was great and centrally located on a quiet street right off the parkway. Warm, comfortable environment. Tastefully decorated and well-appointed with everything you need for your stay. Thank you Kendra for your outstanding hospitality!
The place was great .Very clean cute place
Great place to stay when visiting Pigeon Forge! The location was right off the main strip nestled away in a private area. Kendra was great staying in touch to help with anything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything to make our stay feel like home. We will definitely be back! 😊
location, location, location. This place is close to everything. Kendra the host is like an instant support for everything.
Over all it was good the host is great and very helpful. Could use a better bed and ac. But over all it was good.

Hi Robert, thanks so much for your feedback and coming to stay. There is one brand new memory foam mattress as well as a traditional mattress so that guests can choose which is most comfortable to them. Mattresses can be so tricky since it’s such a personal opinion, and we are very sorry to hear it was not to your liking. We have also checked the AC to make sure it’s functioning correctly - this unprecedented heat wave that has been lingering has gotten all of the AC units working in overdrive! We hope you had a wonderful time despite the outside temps and had a chance to cool down in our mountain rivers. Thanks again!
